The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education joins the i-graduate family

i-graduate announced today that the highly respected research unit The Observatory on Borderless Higher Education will transfer to the International Graduate Insight Group from the August 2nd this exciting partnership will strengthen the capacity and scope of both organisations to serve the global HE community.
