What is ParentPulse?
Launched by i-graduate in 2008, ParentPulse enables independent schools to monitor the expectations and satisfaction levels of parents of the school’s pupils, on themes such as:
- Reasons for choosing the school
- Application and registration process
- First impressions
- The academic experience
- Staff
- Problem handling and discipline
- Extra-curricular activities
- Infrastructure
- Support services – e.g. catering and healthcare
- Personal development
- Communications
- Value for money
- Likelihood to recommend
How can ParentPulse directly benefit your institution?
- Provides you with a clear understanding of the school’s strengths and weaknesses from the parents’ perspective.
- Ensures that the normally silent satisfied majority can express their views, giving you a balanced view.
- Provides any dissatisfied minorities with an opportunity to voice their frustration, diluting the need to broadcast their views via other channels
- Enables you to compare your school’s results with a benchmark of choice - country, regional or global, enabling you to understand your performance level against your competitors.

What you can expect to receive
i-graduate will send you an email with a link to your customised online questionnaire hosted on i-graduate’s secure server. You can then forward this email to parents. This approach is confidential, efficient and unobtrusive. Questionnaire responses from all participating institutions are then aggregated and analysed. We provide you with a range of visuals, including ranking sheets, comprehensive breakdowns and matrices, to demonstrate the performance of your school.
