We regularly have student opinion surveys from decision-making (why you chose your institution or country of study), to your experience of agents, life as a student, the support you receive and what you think about your study experience. The surveys are for all students, both international and domestic, at all levels of study.

 

i-graduate's international student opinion surveys

Who is this for?

If you are a current student or graduate, then this is for you. i-graduate aims to improve the student experience and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We regularly have student opinion surveys from decision-making (why you chose your institution or country of study), to your experience of agents, life as a student, the support you receive and what you think about your study experience.

The surveys are for all students, both international and domestic, at all levels of study.

What do I have to do?

It will take just 2 minutes to register your interest. Once you have joined, we will email you confirmation that we have received your registration. Following this, we will send you surveys as and when they are available. We will only send you surveys which are relevant to you.

General

On average, how long do surveys take to complete?

Typically about ten minutes - although some might be slightly longer and some shorter.

How do I know what the right answers are?

There are no right or wrong answers. Your first thoughts are usually the best! All we ask is that you provide true, accurate and current information about yourself.

Confidentiality

Why do you collect personal information such as gender and nationality?

We ask for this information (accommodation, age, gender, nationality etc) to help in the analysis of results. Collecting personal opinions and private information is central to our work and as a result, we take our responsibilities very seriously doing our utmost to protect the data we collect and the privacy of our respondents.

If I leave my personal details (name and email address) will I be contacted again?

If you respond Yes to the question "We may be interested to follow up some of the responses (by email only). Is this OK?" we may contact you for one of the following reasons:

  1. To thank you for taking part in a survey
  2. To invite you to attend a focus group which may be of interest to you
  3. To invite you to take part in a further questionnaire which may be of interest to you

Otherwise, you will only be contacted if you are the winner of a survey prize. If you do not want to hear from us at all, please do not leave your contact details.

Will you send me spam or sell my name to someone who does?

No, all your details remain confidential. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties and we will not try to sell or market to you.

Prizedraws

When do I find out if I have won a prize from a survey?

Winners are drawn at random within 6 weeks of a survey closing. Details of any winners can be found on the i-graduate News page.

Am I still eligible for entry into a prize draw if I do not complete a survey?

Unless a survey states otherwise, you are still eligible to win a survey prize if you answer at least one question AND enter your contact details.
