Client Service Executive
Full-time, Permanent – Starting September 2017
Do you want to start or develop your career working in a dynamic research agency delivering insight to the international education sector, helping universities and other education institutions improve the student experience?
We are recruiting a Client Service Executive to assist with the delivery of market research within the international education sector. You will have good interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in teams. You will also have potential to learn and develop your skills working with clients across the world. Our office is in Redhill, Surrey, which is a short commute from London Victoria or London Bridge.
The main objective of the role is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of research projects to our clients around the world. Our client service executives are responsible for day to day liaison with clients and for managing and helping to grow our client relationships. You will be supported by the Client Service Manager and work in a team environment.
You will responsible for ensuring the implementation of online large-scale quantitative surveys, managing fieldwork and helping to increase survey response rates. You will help checking data and ensure the accurate delivery of the results. As your career progresses, there will be opportunities to develop your responsibilities and be involved in all aspects of research design and project management.
You will be self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player with an interest in the international education sector and a commitment to delivering an excellent service to our clients.
Along with a pro-active and professional approach, you will be educated to degree level and will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of producing work of the highest standard.
You will be a natural communicator with a great phone manner andyou will be comfortable and confident speaking to many different people at all levels. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, including PowerPoint and Excel.
You will demonstrate excellent time management, organisation and numeracy skills and, whilst previous experience of market research is not essential, you will be adept at working with data.
